1. **Select a raster image and import it into the Photoshop window.**
2. **Open the Layer menu and choose New Layer (Figure 2.1).**

New Layer opens a new layer in your Photoshop file. Notice how it says _Copy_ in the lower-right corner of the layer. This means that the layer was previously a copy of the layer you are working on. You'll often see it marked like this in your Layers palette.

3. **Continue building and modifying your image by using the layer tools on the layer you created (Figure 2.2).**
4. **When you've finished, save your image as a JPEG or TIFF file for web use in any of the standard web sizes.**

Alternatively, you can use Photoshop's Save for Web & Devices dialog box to save it for the Internet.

Call of duty 4 not showing my character in xbox 360?

My Character is called Percival, and he is a captain on his United World Military, I am in Canada.
I have played the same game before on another xbox, and never once my character did not appear on the list.
But ever since I downloaded this new version of the Call of Duty, my character is nowhere to be found.
I've looked online at xbox forums and I've tried resetting my gamertag, downloading the game but nothing...
When I was on the console I was playing a completely different game, the console froze and I tried to restart it but it wouldn't do anything. It didn't even turn off. So I'm not sure what's going on.
