In this tutorial, we will cover everything you need to know to edit images or design a website with Photoshop Elements. Let's start.

1. Choose Photo to open a new image

First, we will open a new photo to edit. To do that, click on the File menu and choose Open.

Now, you will be able to open a new file from any folder that contains images. When you start a file editing session, you will be automatically presented with all the folders on your computer as possible selection criteria.
