How does Photoshop Elements work?

Photoshop Elements gives you an option to edit your photos by making changes on the individual pixels, layers and overall image.

You can take a screenshot of any area of your image by pressing the Ctrl/Cmd+Print Screen key combination. The screenshot will get pasted on the desktop where you can easily edit it.

Photoshop Elements is free to use and has a basic version which is quite usable for normal editing. This version lacks some of the features and options available in the paid version.

The Photoshop Elements has many tools and effects you can use on your images.

Photoshop Elements has a simple user interface and tools for editing pictures. But it also provides many tools to make your life easy. These tools are used to quickly perform tasks like retouching or cropping your images. The tools available in the Elements range from:

In Photoshop Elements, you can do most of the tasks and work which you can do in Photoshop. Like zooming in and out, rotating, cropping, adding filters, exposure and colour grading, you can use most of the tools in Photoshop Elements.

The only thing you cannot do is crop or resize an image as it is done only in the Photoshop version. And you can use only one layer in a Photoshop Elements image. This layer can be modified only to make changes.

You can use other features like rotate, flip and transform in Photoshop Elements as well.

Note: Photoshop Elements is a graphics editing software. You cannot edit a picture in Photoshop Elements. It lets you edit Photoshop files.

A former teacher has been suspended from her position at a Derry school after a video of her dancing with pupils on the dance floor at a disco was posted online.

Gemma Mullan was employed by Derry City Grammar School at Loreto College where she taught Media Studies and PE to children.

The video, which was circulated on social media earlier this year, shows the teacher dancing with several pupils.

In a statement, school management said an investigation has been carried out into the matter.

It's understood the incident took place on July 25 when the teacher was having a drink at a local pub with several pupils.

The teacher, who the school recognises as a valued member of the school community, has been suspended and will not return to her position as a result of the incident.

A spokesperson for Loreto College told the Irish News that the matter is now the subject of an investigation, and that the school is not commenting further.

"Loreto College has a longstanding and shared ethos of a safe and supportive place for all students, students and staff," they said.

"The college takes the safety and security of its students seriously and we are committed to ensuring that all staff and students are kept safe and well.

"We have an active and progressive approach to safeguarding children and protecting and promoting the welfare of all students."

This novel method of tissue engineering is a comprehensive assessment of the ability of such a scaffold to mimic the cellular organization that would be expected in its native environment and its plasticity during long-term culture.
