Adobe Photoshop CC is the latest version of Photoshop. It lets you use what's called a Retouch toolkit, which contains high-definition painting tools as well as much-improved image creation tools and features.

With the Retouch toolkit, you can freehand brush away unwanted elements, plus there's now the Liquify tool and much more. As well, there are some other new tools called 3D text and effects that enhance your creativity.

3\. Now run them.

5\. If the app is not good/new/released yet, don't install it on your
device(s). Just download the binary from the dev site.

6\. Build and distribute.

7\. Hit the app store.

Now that's a lot of steps. You can do it in one swoop if you want:

1\. Build an app, upload to the app store.

2\. Get the binary/ipa from your app store.

3\. Install it on your iPhone/iPad.

4\. Run it.

I am trying to invoke a method with a string array. For example, I have an array and I want to call the method SetText() on every element in the array.
I have the following code that allows me to get the values from the array:
int[] values;
Array.ForEach(arr, x => values.Add(x));

How do I invoke the method SetText() to every element in the array?

With the.NET Framework 4 you can use the LINQ syntax to do that:
int[] values = { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 };
Array.ForEach(values, x =>
Console.WriteLine(x));

This just runs through the list and for each element it prints the element value.
If you don't have access to LINQ (as for instance through.NET Framework 3.5), then you can use foreach loop as follows:

Actually, what you need to do is not call the SetText, but set the text for each element (or rather for each element of the array values):
