## Getting Started with Illustrator

Adobe Illustrator is the tool that combines vector graphic design and photo-manipulation in one package. Unlike other design programs, Illustrator enables you to create both vector and raster images. You can resize, mirror, and rotate your design, as well as experiment with photo-editing tools.

Because the design features in Illustrator are all universal, regardless of what you use to export the artwork, you can create professional looking designs using the program. Trophic effects of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone agonists in the teleost fish pericentimeter freshwater tilapia Oreochromis niloticus: involvement of gonadal axis.
The present study investigated the effects of waterborne luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists on the expression of vitellogenin (VTG) in the serum and the regulation of the pituitary-gonadal axis of tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Agonist exposure (7 days) significantly increased serum VTG levels in response to ethynyl-[D-4-amino-2-butynyl]1-piperidylcarbamate (EBPC) and a morphological study of the pituitary-gonadal system showed that pituitary gonadotropes were stimulated to release LH via intrinsic signals. In addition, the pituitary expression of lhβ was increased in response to EBPC. Similarly, the expression of hCG receptor (gch2) was also increased. However, gch2 expression was not changed by the histamine H1 receptor antagonist chlorpheniramine (CP) or the histamine H2 receptor antagonist ranitidine. OPINION OF THE COURT
ROBERTS, Justice.
Barry Allen Howard appeals from the judgment of sentence imposing 15 to 30 years imprisonment on the charge of robbery. We affirm.
The robbery of a fast food restaurant occurred on October 24, 1972. Howard was arrested and charged on October 31, 1972. He was arraigned on December 1, 1972, and pled not guilty. He was released on bail. On January 20, 1973, Howard was tried before the Honorable Robert F. Kelly and found guilty of robbery. Judgment of sentence was entered on February 28, 1973. Howard took no appeal.
On November 13, 1973, Howard filed a pro se motion to vacate sentence pursuant to Rule 1503 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure.[1] On *283 December 11, 1973, Howard sent a letter to the trial court requesting a copy of his own file in order to examine it for possible undisclosed witnesses or evidence favorable to the defense. The trial judge agreed and, on December 17, 1973, sent Howard a letter informing him that he had "that file." Howard was to designate the portions of the file that he wished to inspect.
Howard requested all portions of the file except for the notes of testimony. On April 3, 1974, the trial judge sent Howard the names of the witnesses that had been listed on the list of witnesses during trial. Howard responded: "Your Honor, will you also send me the entire Notes of Testimony?" (Emphasis added.) The judge complied, but the record indicates that the trial judge himself neither read nor was able to read all of the notes.
Howard filed a second motion to vacate his conviction pursuant to Rule 1503. Howard alleged that he was denied his right to a transcript of the trial
