As their own image-editing program, Adobe PhotoShop Elements 10 and 11 bring similar features and functions to a more simplified interface with more editing tools, such as libraries, detail adjustment layers, and a mosaic tool.

Elements is a very capable image editing tool that can be a cost-effective method of learning the basics, and then expanding from that point.

Requirements

To use Photoshop you'll need a copy of Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements or Photoshop CC.

Adobe Photoshop CS3

After upgrading to Photoshop CS3 it's very easy to find an alternative for all of the built-in features. Photoshop Elements is the answer for basic image editing and Retouching functions. It is also a great alternative for graphic designers, web designers, Discord emoji designers and meme creators.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 / 10

When upgrading Photoshop Elements from Photoshop Elements 8 to Photoshop Elements 9, you will be asked for a Product Key. If you can't find the Product Key for Photoshop Elements on the sticker on the back of your Elements box, please contact Adobe.

Google Assistant and Google Play Books will not work properly, or at all, if you are using an unsupported version of the operating system or operating system software.

Do I need to buy Photoshop?

This tutorial will guide you through the process of transferring your image files to a Windows 10 PC. If you don't have a Windows 10 PC, please read the Basic Setup guide. If you have Photoshop Elements installed, the rest of the procedures will be the same.

Installing the software

Double-click on the file named Photoshop.exe to open Adobe Photoshop Elements to download and install it. If you want, you can also transfer the installation file to a USB drive and install it on a Windows 10 machine.

The program will open to the screen below. You can download the trial version of Photoshop Elements which is enough for 14 days and you can test it out. Go to the Help menu and open the Help and Trial page.

Downloadable files only work on the App Store. To download the trial version, go to Help and Trial, download the trial version and then save it to the Desktop.

Restoring the Preinstalled files and Reinstalling Windows

The backup routine created in your profile works great and it will help you to restore all of your previous files and settings in case you have a problem.

When the software starts, it will ask if it should restore the previous settings. This is a very important step. If you don't do this, all of your files and settings will be erased.

The Air Force’s more than 1,000 C-130 cargo jets are saving flights and operators and aircraft from breaking up by making the jumbo jets more fuel-efficient, according to Air Mobility Command.

In fiscal 2018, the command determined the aircraft was consuming double the amount of fuel it was using in 2007, according to a new Air Mobility Command review. The command has been working to change that using strategies of continuous innovation and capabilities demonstration to improve fuel efficiency.

“Airmen make C-130s leaner, more fuel efficient and that saves on the contract,” Col. Christian “Duke” Matsuura, the Air Mobility Command director of sustainment engineering, said in a statement. “We are looking to change culture and improve the way we do things. Airmen, managers and contractors must all be as dedicated to the cause as we are, the same way Army, Navy and Marine Corps work their hardest, because it’s a challenging battle.”

The Air Force has more than 7,000 C-130s operational worldwide, including 3,000 in the Air Force, according to the command.

The Air Force has the highest share of its total global fleet, at about 49 percent, according to a previous Air Force report.

The command said it has 17,000 employees and major partners including Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop Grumman.

How to deploy multiple Spring Boot apps in Weblogic 12c

We have two spring boot applications, one for production, one for testing. We installed those both as.war files and both deployed them to Weblogic 12c.
When I deploy the testing app, the production app becomes disabled. How can I tell the weblogic to deploy both at the same time?

A:

When the application is deployed by the weblogic server it looks in for various configurations the server would need, especially one of the important ones being the environment-specific classifier. If you have different environment classifiers for your deployment, then the environment specific classifier will be used to identify the service and the other classifier will be ignored.
If the weblogic server needs to know the production service, it will look to the production classifier to make this determination.
So, if you have two classifiers, it looks in one for the production service, and then for the other one it is looking for the test environment. In turn, it is looking for the production environment only once, and will not look for the test environment.
If you are using Java 12 (JDK 12 or OpenJDK 12), then the JAX-RS is aware that you can now have both production and test environment services, so if you deploy a WAR for testing, it will always deploy the test service.
You can get JAX-RS to look for both environments with ClassifierPrecedenceMode.CONFIDENT.
