I am trying to add a list of lists:
adding = []
for row in numbers:
adding.append(list([row]))
print adding

The problem is that when I use:
adding.append([])

The output is:

And I am trying to get

rsync doesn't copy over after directories

I'm trying to copy some data from folder1 to folder2. In folder1, there are a couple of folders with subfolders containing data. I want to copy only the "data" folders and their contents into the "data" folder of folder2.
The folder1 is located at /folder1 while folder2 is located at /folder2. This is the command I tried:
rsync -avn --include="*" --include="**" --exclude="*" --exclude="**" --include="folder1" /folder1/ /folder2/

I tried to exclude folders as well but the command didn't work as expected. Only the folder1 data folder was copied while all the subfolders are excluded. What am I doing wrong? How can I copy only the folders containing data?
Additional info: the folder1 is symbolic linked to folder2 and folder2 contains a file index.ini.

I made some tests with rsync, so I'd like to share what I found for my problem:
The --delete option was the cause of my issue. After removing it, rsync started to copy. I hope this helps anyone in the future.
