Summary: A new release from the makers of D/D, and they aren’t even far from the first, but they aren’t slow with releasing content for their fans either! Elden Ring is a fantasy action RPG and is located in the Lands Between, and features epic music, weapons and monsters. You play as a Tarnished Lord starting with a low-level character, and you can customise your characters appearance and equipment to create your own adventure! In this adventure you will be able to find areas where you can train to gain experience, and increase your strength, and build yourself up through combat.

Gameplay:

The gameplay in this title is really suited for the genre and Fantasy Roleplaying Games. My first impression of the gameplay was, as I said in the previous review, this game is a new release and the gameplay is similar to the D/D series and you can see the influence from that. The first impression I had of the gameplay was the combat, and I thought it was brilliant, it made me enjoy the game more than any other RPG before it. I am certain that the combat in this game will be available when I play, and I enjoyed it. The battles are a good mix of real-time and turn based, that I think provides the perfect style for the game.

The combat mechanics are fantastic and add more depth to the game, and there are plenty of options to keep the player satisfied. I enjoyed the combat, I would have liked it if I could have tracked my opponents so I could see where they were, but you can do the whole cast and there are some amazing features in the game, you can take more damage than your opponents. The combat was really good and added depth to the combat, the tag team move feature of some weapons was amazing, and there were various of different types of weapons that added to the combat. The combat was really good, and the combat moves made the combat very dynamic, and really cool.
